Initial complimentary consultation to explore your vision in detail, assess project feasibility, discuss any planning considerations, and outline key elements such as budget, timelines, and overall scope.

Project Proposal
After conducting a full site survey and meeting with you to establish the brief and complete scope of work, we’ll provide a detailed design fee proposal and walk you through the available options, followed by a comprehensive Project Proposal outlining the next steps.

Design & Development
Our draft layouts illustrate spatial planning, proposed structural modifications, and furniture arrangements, while moodboards convey the interior design direction, supported by a draft build cost plan and initial programme. Once the concept design is approved, we prepare a detailed project specification for final client sign-off.

Procurement
As part of the procurement process, we provide a detailed cost plan and take care of sourcing and securing all furniture, soft furnishings, and any additional elements specified within the design.
